Welcome to Affinity Tutors, an online home tuition platform for students of different ages and abilities across the UK. We offer tutoring to students from Key Stage 1 right the way through to Key Stage 4-5. 

Our platform offers one-to-one and group tutoring sessions to help students achieve their potential and give them the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed.

How it works

Live Video Chat

Live video chat allows students and tutors to talk freely and the interactive whiteboards allow co-viewing and co-editing of resources including diagrams, notes and questions.

User-Friendly technology

You are also able to share files easily and can work through questions together, live on screen. Our classrooms are set up automatically and run through an internet browser, so there’s nothing to install. All you need is a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and good internet.

Safeguarding 

Our system is fully secure and all user activity is tracked. The tutors are registered with Affinity Workforce Solutions, a regulated company with Gold Standard in Safeguarding. Every tutor has all completed a rigorous compliance process that is in line with Keeping Children Safer in Education and hold a current enhanced DBS.

The system has everything you need. Not only is it a platform for our online classrooms but you can also manage your bookings, calendar, payments and billings all in one place. 

Available Courses

Primary Key Stage 1 Our tutors provide tuition in maths, English and science to give you extra support to achieve your SATs.

Primary Key Stage 2 Our tutors provide tuition in maths, English and science to give you a helping hand.

Secondary Key Stage 3 If you need extra support in a certain subject, we have a range of specialist tutors from geography, maths, IT and many more!

Secondary Key Stage 4/5 Need extra support with your GCSE studies or AS & A Levels, we have a range of subject tutors to offer individual tuition.

Tutor Profile

All tutors create their own in-depth profile on the system which outlines their specialism, experience and availability. This is so users can make an informed decision and choose a tutor who they believe will be a good match for them.

Free Trial Users can search our UK based tutors and contact them to arrange a free trial lesson. Most tutors choose to offer a free trial lesson for new students. This allows the opportunity for tutors, students and parents to meet in the online Tutor Room to discuss tutoring requirements, ask questions and experience an online lesson.  Tutors will advertise a free trial on their profile. To request a free trial, simply send your chosen tutor a message.
